Thank you for supporting independent fine art. Because every order represents an original artwork, a delicate print, or a custom commission, we handle your packages with the highest degree of care. Below you will find everything you need to know about how your artwork is packaged, shipped, and delivered to your door.
Processing & Production Timelines
We want to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition. Please note the following timelines before your order is handed off to shipping carriers:

Fine Art Prints: Printed to order on premium archival papers. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for printing, inspection, and packaging.

Original Works on Canvas & Paper: Existing original paintings and drawings require 2 to 4 business days to be safely crated or wrapped securely for transit.

Custom Commission Portraits: Because commission timelines vary based on size and medium, your specific delivery timeline will be finalized during your direct consultation. Once the custom portrait is complete and cured, it will ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship nationwide and internationally using trusted carriers (including USPS, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure reliable, tracked delivery.

Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days in transit.

How Your Art is Packaged
Fine art demands specialized protection. We utilize professional-grade, acid-free packaging materials to safeguard your investment:

Small to Medium Prints & Drawings: Shipped flat in heavy-duty, rigid cardboard mailers with protective glassine sleeves to prevent bending and surface scratches.

Large Prints: Carefully rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped inside thick, impact-resistant mailing tubes.

Original Canvases & Framed Works: Wrapped in multiple layers of heavy-duty bubble wrap, fitted with specialized corner protectors, and securely packed inside double-walled corrugated boxes or custom wooden crates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total dimensions, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to review all available shipping rates and carrier methods before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Every original artwork shipment is fully insured. If your package arrives structurally damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at thomaskeltycreations@gmail.com.
In the rare event of damage during transit, please take clear digital photographs of both the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork within 48 hours of delivery so that we can promptly process an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
